Connecting Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Vault, and PromoMats into a coherent, compliant ecosystem is central to delivering global pharma programmes that actually work in the field. At Klick, I served as technology lead for Veeva CLM integrations — guiding development teams through platform constraints and advising on capabilities and limitations. At Publicis, I support and maintain multiple Salesforce CRM environments across regions, covering production validation, clickstream verification, and platform issue resolution, while governing the end-to-end Veeva ecosystem to ensure approved content flows correctly from PromoMats through Vault into CRM and CLM — with audit trails and compliance controls intact at every step.
