Over a decade of Veeva CLM delivery — from building iDetail presentations to leading CLM strategy as Technical Delivery Director. I've designed and governed CLM programmes for global pharmaceutical brands: modular slide libraries with branching navigation, dynamic content injection, rep-triggered Approved Emails personalised via Veeva CRM data, and CLM analytics surfacing slide engagement and content effectiveness. I conceived and led the Figma-to-Veeva CLM tool that converts Figma designs directly into compliant CLM presentations — cutting production time by 70% — and a parallel pipeline handling other design formats into CLM HTML with a 50% reduction in build time, fundamentally changing the economics of CLM content production across global markets.
