I've spent 15 years inside some of the most demanding digital environments in healthcare —
where a single content error triggers a compliance review, "just ship it" isn't an option,
and your CRM has to hold up across 40 markets simultaneously. I grew from developer to
Technical Director through the weight of the work itself: directing $15M+ in delivery
across Veeva CLM, Salesforce, AEM platforms, and AI pipelines. I've built automation that
turned days of email production into minutes, launched governance frameworks that survived
market restructures, and championed AI initiatives now running at scale across LATAM, EMEA,
and APAC.
In regulated markets, the person who understands both the technology and the compliance
landscape it has to survive in is the rarest person in the room. That's not a coincidence —
it's where I've deliberately built.
