The Challenge

Pharma campaign production moves fast and spans formats — programmatic banners in 12 sizes one week, an AEM brand site with regulated content workflows the next. Speed and compliance rarely want to coexist. Most teams sacrifice one for the other.

The Approach

I built scalable production pipelines for HTML5 banner campaigns — standardising animation frameworks, asset reuse, and QA workflows so quality doesn't depend on who's working that week. In parallel, I directed AEM implementations with regulatory content models, ISI/PI overlays, and brand governance baked in from day one.

The Outcome

Hundreds of banners shipped across programmatic, DCM, and paid media. Multiple AEM brand sites launched on time, in compliance, meeting brand and accessibility standards across every global market — without a single late-stage regulatory hold.
